Weird (and, if you ask me, unnecessary) to read about
the producers of the HBO television series "Girls" going into a "rage spiral" (Link) over the subject of nudity on the
show. Based on my recent research into the idiotic subject of “microaggression,” I would hope it was a “micro-rage
spiral.”
Much more to the point for our own and other universes is this Telegraph article (Link) about Italian police cracking the secret code used by a Calabrian branch of the
Mafia. The code (pictured below) contains
letters apparently based on Cyrillic, Greek and ancient Egyptian writing.
