RAW POWER OUTAGE

We pretty much knew we were doomed to days and days of no power, light and heat when CBS Philly showed up in our neighborhood.  We were out for a drive, dodging limbs.  The nice reporter waved to us.

PECO, our local electric and natural gas utility, does as poor a job providing service and communicating effectively with the public as can be imagined.  Their management should be prosecuted and their staff released from "job-lock" (as they say nowadays) to pursue other endeavors.

UPDATE NOTE:  Based on PECO website status information for our address, which we also confirmed on the telephone with a “live” (whatever that means dealing with  zombie trolls) person, we returned home today, having been advised that our power had been restored.  We drove 200 miles to find that the information was incorrect.  May PECO (collectively and individually) burn in Hell.
